About the Board of Trustees
Friends of O'Farrell, Inc. is governed by an independent Board of Trustees consisting of not less than three, nor more than fifteen, Trustees. The Board conducts the activities and affairs of the Corporation and exercises all corporate powers under the ultimate direction of the Board, as set forth in the Amended and Restated Bylaws adopted March 8, 2021.
Linda Logan
As Chairman, Linda presides over Board meetings, serves as the Chief Executive Officer, and provides final authorization on all financial matters. She leads the Board in setting the strategic direction for Friends of O'Farrell, Inc.
Ada Rodriguez
Ada serves as Vice Chairman, supporting the Chairman in leading the Board and stepping in to fulfill the Chairman's duties when needed. She plays a key role in advancing the foundation's mission and community outreach.
Byron King
Byron serves as the Chief Financial Officer of the Corporation, supervising the custody of all funds, overseeing deposits, maintaining accurate financial accounts, and reviewing all check requests for budget availability and compliance.
Mireya Diaz-Ruiz
Mireya maintains a full and complete record of all Board proceedings and committee activities, supervises the giving of necessary notices, and keeps the official minute books of the Corporation.
Christina Puentes
Christina serves as a Director on the Board of Trustees, contributing to the governance and strategic direction of Friends of O'Farrell, Inc. and helping advance the foundation's mission to support O'Farrell Charter School students.
